Screen Mid-Level Sales Candidates

I’m looking for a freelance recruiter who can own the first stage of our hiring funnel for a fully-remote, mid-level role for Sales / fitness profiles. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, pre-qualifying, and short-listing applicants, making sure every profile you pass on shows solid technical skills alongside clear, confident communication.

Here’s how we’ll work together:

• I supply the job description, sourcing channels, and ATS access.
• You reach out, review résumés, and run a quick 15-minute screening call.
• For each prospect, you create a brief scorecard that highlights technical competencies and communication strengths.
• I receive weekly pipeline snapshots and a final shortlist candidates ready for the hiring manager round.
