Salesperson for High Ticket Sales

We are a 3 generation long Art & Antiques Auction House in Burnham, UK. We have been keeping our legacy by providing world-renowned pieces to investors looking to diversify their portfolios. We have become as of 2021 the first certified auction house to deal NFT’s.
We are currently hiring 2 new salesmen/saleswomen as Sales Associates offers:
* 20%-40% commission scheme based on performance
* Warm leads
* Solid, stable careers with opportunities for exponential growth.
* Bonuses and Rewards
Responsibilities:
+ Be able to work in both remotely, and on-site.
+ Prepare project estimates, bids, and proposals in a timely manner to potential consumers.
+ Explain available funding options, incentives, tax rebates to potential consumers.
+ Assist consumers with the paperwork involved should the deal be closed
+ Follow-up with potential consumers and submitted proposals in an effort to answer questions and CLOSE THE DEAL if not closed on site
+ Work with the marketing department on strategies for growth and developing more leads.
Requirements:
+ Previous proven experience as a sales associate
+ Strong interest in Arts
+ Valid License/ID
+ 18+ years of age
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
Personal Skills:
+ Good communications skills to determine the consumer's goals and concerns, and offer solutions.
+ Be responsible, ethical, and honest in all business transactions.
+ Must be a team player and communicate well with other team members.
+ Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
