Salesperson capable of generating leads and sales to our business

I am looking for a salesperson who can generate leads and close sales for our healthcare business. Our target market is Business-to-Consumer (B2C). The primary goal for the salesperson will be both generating leads and closing sales.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of the B2C market and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers
- Ability to identify and qualify leads, and follow up on them to convert into sales
- Knowledge of healthcare products and services
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and sales progress
