Sales rep for Marketing Agency

I am seeking a dedicated sales rep for my marketing agency to convert jewelry and fashion brands. We are a fashion agency working only with jewelry and fashion brands. The project is commission-based, meaning your earnings will be directly proportional to your effectiveness in generating leads that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential jewelry and fashion brands primarily through social media platforms.
- Bring qualified leads (from India, USA, UAE and UK)
I am looking for suggestions on how else this can be done.
I am open for paying commission higher than market's average.
Hence I need people who can have good experience and have done commission based sales before.
