Sales for Affiliate Partnerships

I am a credit repair company looking to hire a salesperson who is energetic and charismatic to help me sign on affiliate partnerships with car salesmen at various car dealerships around the city. They would recruit and sign them up on the spot via my website partnership link. The locations of the dealerships don't really matter because everything will be virtual. The salesperson is expected to recruit a minimum of 30 car salesmen but the ideal goal would be 50. They would expected to explain how my credit repair company interacts with them as well as the commission structure for referrals. The expected timeframe for delivery would be 5 days from the start of the job. They pay for the job will be negotiable meaning it can be hourly or by commission.
