You will learn on the job to become a highly effective salesperson. Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, Adelaide time. (40 hpw).
The rate is small to begin with (while you learn). However it increases quickly, so you will soon be earning very good money.

Pay Rate:
$1aud 1st month
$2aud/h 2nd month
$3aud/h 3rd month
Further raises will be based on performance. Also, commissions are payable after 3rd month. Just 5 sales per week will see you earning a further $150. The opportunity to earn more and more, increases each month. Long term job security and growth opportunities are built into this role.

Business 1 is Simple Weddings (www.simpleweddings.com.au). We conduct legal weddings in Australia, much like a Town Hall wedding.
Business 2 is Telephone Audio Magic (www.telephoneaudiomagic.com.au) and we create “On-Hold” phone messages and IVR (Interactive Voice Recordings) for phone systems.
Job Description
This role mostly involves selling “On Hold” recorded audio for Telephone Audio Magic.
Sales Department Tasks include:
• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects
• Receive inbound enquiries and transform into sales
• Accurately and persuasively convey information about the company’s products and services
• Data Mining (especially during your first 6-12 months). (About 20% of the job).
• Phoning prospects to pre-qualify (increasingly after 1st month). (About 20% of the job).
• Data Entry (About 10% of the job).
• Sales calls with qualified prospects and past customers (about 50% of the job).
Position Requirements
• Good at conversation
• A good listener
• Experience in sales OR customer service
• Experience in data mining or lead generation
• Experience in data entry and/or CRM
• Good at reading
• Able to quickly scan a website for helpful information
• Spelling accuracy
• A good eye for fine details
• A well-performing desk-based PC environment
• Ethernet (LAN) connected Internet connection with 8x8 VoIP Test results attached that can be done in internet explorer at http://voiptest.8x8.com/
• A quiet, professional environment in which to work
