I’m looking to build a long-term collaboration with someone who can comfortably wear two hats each day.
First, you’ll drive our sales pipeline by making outbound sales calls to a warm list of prospects. The objective is simple: convert interest into actual orders and keep detailed notes of each conversation so nothing slips through the cracks.
Right after each call, I’ll rely on you to capture every lead detail with flawless accuracy. Most of the data ends up in Excel and our web-based CRM, though at times I may ask you to refresh a small database or create quick spreadsheet reports. If you’re already familiar with standard spreadsheet functions—filters, lookups, basic formulas—you’ll feel right at home. Experience updating a CRM or handling database tables is a bonus and will shorten your learning curve.
This is an ongoing role, so consistency matters more than speed alone. I’m online daily and can provide call scripts, product briefs, and clear data templates. All I need back from you is:
• Daily call summary with outcome of each sales conversation
• Updated lead records entered into the designated sheet or CRM before end-of-day
• Immediate flagging of hot prospects so I can jump on them quickly
