Sales Team for Appointment Setting Services
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I urgently need a dynamic sales team who can aggressively market and sell our much-needed appointment setting services, targeting specifically the healthcare , and Solar industry. Here are my requirements:
Compensation:
- For the trial period of 1-2 weeks, compensation will be based solely on commission. Exceptionally performing teams during this period will be moved to a combination of fixed pay plus commissions afterwards.
Target Market:
- The sales team should primarily focus on the healthcare ,and the Solar industry. Experience in this sector is not mandatory, but a naturally adaptive team who can quickly understand the market dynamics would be ideal.
Skills and Experience:
- The ability to rapidly learn and understand our services
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Proactive in tracking prospective clients and converting leads
- High motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
