Basic Responsibilities
As part of the leadership team, support and promote the company's vision, mission and culture.
Individuals are responsible for direct sales, fulfilling quotas/ratios and maintaining a personal database of leads.
Meet or exceed established targets for calls, average sales, enquiries, and occupancy.
Participate in weekly marketing meetings with supervisors, sales team and other executives as necessary to discuss prospects, visit agenda, event planning, performance expectations, sales strategy, marketing planning and success celebrations.
