Job Title: Sales Representative for introductory calls
Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales representative who will be responsible for introducing our property management business to potential clients through introductory calls.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, as well as basic knowledge of the property industry, particularly short-term rentals (training will be provided).
The primary objective of the call is to ask key questions to determine if the potential client fits the criteria of our target market and to schedule a presentation of our short-term rental property management services at a convenient time for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct introductory calls with potential clients to discuss our short-term rental property management services.
• Determine if the potential client is a good fit for our target market by asking key questions about their property ownership, rental history, and needs.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of the property industry and short-term rentals to present our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Schedule a presentation of our services at a convenient time for the potential client.
Requirements:
• At least 1 years of experience in sales or customer service in the property industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of short-term rentals and the property industry in general.
• Ability to identify potential clients and effectively present our services to them.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
