Sales Representative for AI Recruiting SaaS (Long-term upon success)

We’re building a simple but powerful AI tool that helps HR professionals and recruiters screen and score resumes in minutes — saving hours of manual work.
Our product is currently live and ready to sell. It’s simple:
The user uploads candidate resumes, and the job description.
Our AI instantly gives feedback, scores, and a shortlist.
Pricing works with a credit system — 50 resumes = $1.
We’re looking for a driven, English-speaking sales representative to reach out to recruiters, HR managers, and hiring specialists (mainly via LinkedIn, email, or your network) and convert them into paying users.
"We're not looking for cold emailing or soft closing; we need hard closing and conversations."
Long-term contracts upon success rate.
- Your Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients (small to mid-sized recruitment agencies, HR freelancers, and internal recruiters).
Contact leads directly (email, LinkedIn, etc.) — no ads, no marketing, just sales conversations.
Present the tool (we’ll provide demo materials, a video, and product link).
Close sales and onboard clients.
Collect feedback for future improvement.
- Who You Are:
You’re persuasive, polite, and confident in English.
You understand basic SaaS or HR/recruitment workflows.
You’re independent — you can plan your own outreach and report results clearly.
You’re outcome-oriented — you like seeing your effort turn into measurable revenue.

- Compensation:
(The more you sell, the more you earn.)
Commission-based (performance-focused)
You earn 25% of the first payment from every new client you close.
Example: If a recruiter buys $100 of resume credits → you earn $25.
Plus: $10 bonus when you bring 10 new paying clients.
After 30 successful clients, we’ll discuss a new structure.
- Target (to measure success):
* Short-term goal (first month):
Convert 15 paying clients (10% close rate).
Total expected sales: ~$150 (your commission ~$45–60).
- The bigger the deals the more money you get (win-win).
