Set up SMS automations and extract warm leads from outreach efforts.
Initiate outbound cold calls to potential customers, converting leads into tangible business opportunities.
Articulate product benefits using provided scripts and product knowledge.
Build rapport with prospects by actively listening and offering tailored solutions.
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and engage in meaningful conversations.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective campaigns and promotions.
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently aiming for excellence.
Contribute feedback to enhance sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven outbound sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with diverse individuals.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
Exceptional organizational skills for managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is desirable.
A positive and friendly attitude, coupled with a professional and polished demeanor.
Resilience to handle rejection and turn it into motivation.
Industry knowledge is a plus.
Compensation:
Your compensation depends on your performance, as this is a purely commission based role. Your estimated comp in the first month is around 3k-5k depending on your performance and can increase to 10k a month as your commissions compound.
