Sales Representative

I'm working towards getting an energy monitoring and consulting firm off the ground. We help lower electricity bills for commercial, industrial and residential facilities and we're currently looking for customers we could sign agreements and LOIs (letter of intent), in the New York region. I have a list of cold leads, I'm looking to partner with sales agents who'd warm these cold leads, before sealing the deal with them. The sales rep must be willing to work by the hour or on a "pay-per-sale"/commission basis.
