UK Sales Rep for Compliance Consultancy

My Health, Safety & Compliance consultancy is ready to grow its presence among small construction firms across the UK. The immediate goal is simple: identify owners and directors who need help with risk assessments, safety training, and full regulatory compliance audits, then close them on a service package that matches their needs.

You will work under your own steam, using the channels you know best—phone, LinkedIn, trade bodies, site visits—so long as the pipeline stays active and results are clear.

Deliverables
• A qualified lead list with contact details and notes on current compliance challenges
• Weekly update showing outreach made, conversations held, and next actions
• Signed service agreements (or approved proposals) for each client you close

Acceptance criteria
• First batch of at least 10 qualified leads delivered within seven days
• Minimum of two signed agreements in the first month, rising thereafter by mutual target setting
• All client data recorded accurately so our internal team can start service delivery without delay
