I run DuoDevs, a boutique software development studio, and I’m opening a few commission-only slots for driven sales partners who can introduce us to new clients and help turn conversations into signed projects.
How it works is simple: every time a prospect you bring signs a development agreement and pays the first invoice, you receive 20 % to 30 % of the total project value—paid immediately as the funds clear. There are no minimum quotas, onboarding fees, or geographic restrictions; work the hours and channels that suit you best.
You’ll have direct access to me and our technical leads for proposal support, case studies, and rapid answers to prospect questions, so you can focus on outreach rather than paperwork. If you prefer tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or old-fashioned networking events, that’s entirely up to you; I only measure results.
Deliverables I’ll look for
• A brief weekly update of prospects approached, stage in the pipeline, and any assistance you need
• Signed development agreements with the client’s first payment received (this triggers your commission)
