We are looking for 2 Full Time Work from Home Sales team preferably from Pakistan and India. This is mainly sales and marketing, this means will be selling IT services and Security Software . Running and organising our marketing campaigns. These can include B2B, Business to consumer, events and residential campaigns.
• Handling customer enquiries and sales with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Providing productive feedback on the effectiveness of the campaign with senior management.
• Providing a high level of customer service. You will be the face of our clients brands so this is extremely important.
3+ year experience sales and marketing, selling IT services
prefered CISCO / CCNA certified
Very strong knowledge of Security software and desktop support is plus.
Cisco/networking knowledge.
Advanced PC/Laptop/Server and other hardware knowledge
Excellent theoretical/Practical concepts
Flexibility to work on odd hours
Ability to troubleshoot internal/external IT infrastructure issues
Strong hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment, protocols, and features e.g.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP Server
The candidate will get training of product and overview of company.
Good understanding of corresponding with international clients through emails and calls.
Good communication skills
Requirement:
Optional ,Minimum 3 years Bachelors Degree in Computer Science if not still consider.
Business sales and marketing.
Very strong knowledge of Microsoft, Desktop & Network Support.
Excellent English Communication skills
Flexibility to work on odd hours.
