Job Title: Commission-Only Sales & Marketing Specialist – Land Development Consultancy
Job Description:
We are a specialized land development and real estate consultancy agency. We assist landowners, investors, and builders with high-value projects, including off-market parcel sourcing, zoning/entitlements, and structural feasibility studies.
We are expanding our pipeline and looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sales & Marketing Freelancer to lead our client acquisition efforts.
Role & Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and target high-probability clients (landowners, mid-sized builders, and real estate investors) using LinkedIn, local property data, and GIS/planning board records.
Marketing & Outreach: Craft and execute personalized email, direct message, or direct mail campaigns to book introductory discovery calls.
Closing Deals: Move prospects through our sales funnel from initial contact to a signed consulting agreement.
The freelancer should generate the lead and convert the lead into sales and the client should enroll for my premium session only then the freelancer is eligible for his commission
