Sales & Marketing Manager Needed

I'm looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant who will also serve as a Business Development Partner. This role is 100% remote and focuses on scouting new clients and successfully closing sales deals.
Our company operates in multiple sectors including Real Estate, Properties and Facilities Management, Export Sales, General Trade Agency, and Consultancy Services. We offer our products, commodities, services, and activities through Hybrid, Remote, and On-site modes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and secure new clients locally and globally.
- Close sales deals and bring clients on board.
Compensation is generous, ranging from 5% to 12% for every client brought on board and for every successfully scouted and closed sales deal.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in Sales and Marketing, particularly in Digital Marketing channels.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
