Freelance Sales & Lead Generation (Commission-Based | Training Sector | Canada)

We’re hiring a commission-based freelance sales professional to drive growth for our online training programs. This role involves both lead generation and sales closing, with a focus on universities, students, and skill development bodies across Canada.

What You’ll Do:

-Identify and connect with potential clients (universities, students, training partners)

-Conduct discovery/sales calls to pitch our training programs

-Build and manage your lead pipeline

-Close deals and report on progress

You’re a Great Fit If You:

-Have experience in sales + lead generation (preferably in education/training)

-Are confident, persuasive, and results-driven

-Communicate clearly and professionally

-Can work independently and stay accountable

Compensation:
Commission-only with attractive earnings per closed sale. No cap on commission.
