Sales Help Needed

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with commercial lawn care contract sales for medium-sized industrial complexes. The scope of the lawn care services required is basic maintenance, which includes mowing and trimming, Mulch, Installing Flowers, Fertilization, Snow. Annual FULL Contracts.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in commercial lawn care contract sales (Hoa, Apartment, Business, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic lawn care maintenance techniques (Forming Contracts, and biding contracts to get.)
- Understanding of the needs and requirements of medium-sized industrial complexes
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential clients in the commercial sector
