I’m a full-time content creator running a six-figure brand that i promote using mostly instagram & tiktok
As I step away from agency oversight and build a lean in-house team, I need one person to become the human voice behind every direct message, comment thread, and story reply that has the potential to turn curiosity into revenue.
This role is pure sales through relationship building. You’ll enter each conversation with empathy, learn the follower’s real need, and guide them—naturally—toward the product, offer, or upsell that fits. No canned scripts. Instead, you’ll keep my tone: warm, honest, a little playful, and always value-first.
Day to day you will
• Monitor and proactively start or continue high-intent chats in private inbox
• Identify buying signals, overcome objections, and close with clear calls-to-action that feel like friendly advice, not hard pitches.
• Track conversation outcomes so we can see exactly which approaches drive sales and refine our strategy together.
• Flag recurring questions or content gaps so my creative schedule stays perfectly aligned with what the audience wants next.
Acceptance criteria
• Consistent, documented increase in DM-driven sales within the first 30 days.
• Response time under two hours during agreed-upon windows.
• All outreach and follow-ups retain my established brand voice.
