Description: We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in sales and marketing to recruit a minimum of 100 candidates for our paid training program. This role involves implementing effective marketing strategies to attract candidates, conducting training sessions, and guiding students through our program.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at enrolling 100+ candidates in the program
Guide candidates through the enrollment process for a paid IT training course
Conduct thorough training sessions to prepare students for their internship experience
Provide an internship letter to each candidate who successfully completes the course
Requirements:
Proven expertise in IT with a strong record in sales and marketing
Experience in high-volume recruiting or training preferred
Excellent communication and engagement skills
Strong organizational skills for candidate onboarding and training management
Program Details:
Course fee is 15,000 INR per candidate
Candidates will receive an internship letter upon program completion
