I am looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can bring web development projects from the market. Your main goal is to find clients who need websites, e-commerce stores, WordPress/Shopify solutions, or custom web applications, and close deals on our behalf. This is a pure commission-based role—you earn for every project you bring.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and find clients needing web development services

Present our services and convert leads into paying customers

Negotiate project pricing and collect client requirements

Maintain communication with clients until the deal is confirmed

Hand over finalized project details for development

Commission Structure:

Earn [10%–20%] commission on every confirmed project

Commission is paid after the client releases the first milestone/deposit

Unlimited earning potential — the more projects you bring, the more you earn

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets
