Sales Target: Achieve a monthly sales target of 10 deals.
Commission Structure:
6-8 Sales: ₹12,000
4-5 Sales: ₹8,000
2-3 Sales: ₹3,000
Incentives:
11-20 Sales: ₹500 for each additional sale beyond 10
21-30 Sales: ₹800 for each additional sale beyond 20
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various digital channels.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and propose suitable solutions.
Sales Pitch: Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital marketing services.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing sales is preferred.
