Commission-Based Client Acquisition Specialist for Creative Marketing Agency
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
We are a purpose-driven creative marketing agency offering services in branding, design, social media, and digital strategy. We're looking for a commission-only sales professional or lead generation expert to help us grow our client base.
Your role will be to find potential clients, pitch our services, and either set appointments or close deals. This is a great opportunity if you're self-motivated, confident in outreach, and have a background in sales, marketing, or creative industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (cold/warm outreach, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Pitch and sell our services using provided materials
- Book discovery calls or close the sale directly (depending on your skillset)
- Maintain clear communication throughout the sales process
Who You Are:
- Experience in sales or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Driven by results and comfortable working commission-only
- Understanding of digital marketing and creative services is a plus
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity — no fixed hourly or project rate. The budget listed is a placeholder due to platform requirements.
You’ll receive a high percentage per closed deal, with potential for ongoing commissions on retained clients.
