Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to real estate agencies, developers, and brokers who could benefit from automation.
• Initiate conversations with decision makers.
• Conduct discovery calls and sales conversations.
• Close high-ticket automation projects.
Since this is an early-stage opportunity, the sales specialist will need to handle prospecting, outreach, and closing independently.
Compensation
This role is commission-only and project-based.
There is no base salary or fixed payment.
You will earn 10% commission for every client successfully closed.
Automation projects are high-value services, so each successful deal can result in a significant payout.
