Sales - Business developer at a marketing agency

Hello,
Our marketing agency is looking for a sales man/business developer, with a good English, (preferably an American or british accent) to help close deals.
The person will be responsible of selling social media content packages to businesses in need of marketing.
The missions are:
- Creating a database of businesses in need of marketing through research
- Calling those businesses and other ones of a previous database and closing deals
- Emailing businesses, following up, scheduling meetings, and closing deals
There will be a fix salary/month + Extra depending on performance
