Sales Associate Needed for Dubai Retail Store

Job Recruitment: Furniture/Building Materials/Sanitary Ware Sales in Dubai
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for offline store sales and customer on-site service of furniture, building materials, and sanitary ware products, and achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Maintain relationships with existing customers and proactively develop diverse new customers (including home decoration companies, engineering procurement parties, retail customers, etc.).
3. Provide customers with full-process services, covering product explanation, quotation calculation, and after-sales follow-up; respond to and resolve various customer inquiries and needs.
4. Follow up the entire order fulfillment process, coordinate matters such as inventory verification and logistics distribution, and ensure the smooth completion of transactions.
Job Requirements
1. Education/Experience: Senior high school diploma or above. Priority will be given to candidates with 1+ year of sales experience in building materials, furniture, sanitary ware, or bulk retail; candidates without experience must have strong learning ability and proactive sales willingness.
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills (mandatory). Proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is preferred (to adapt to Dubai’s multilingual customer scenarios).
3. Core Competencies: Possess customer development thinking, business negotiation skills, and the ability to work under sales target pressure. Priority will be given to candidates with basic knowledge of building materials/sanitary ware products (materials, installation key points, after-sales rules).
4. Other Requirements: Hold a valid Dubai residence visa (or be able to handle a work visa independently), and be able to adapt to offline customer visits and in-store shift duties.
Preferred Bonus Qualifications
- Familiar with Dubai’s local building materials market (e.g., Dragon Mart, home furnishing malls, etc.) or have resources in home decoration engineering and procurement channels.
- Understand the consumption habits of Middle Eastern customers (such as preferred product styles, bargaining characteristics, decision-making logic, etc.).
- Master basic knowledge of product installation and dimension measurement, and be able to assist customers in preliminary planning of decoration matching solutions.
