Sales Associate

We are a service-based coaching company that empowers tax professionals to start, build, and scale profitable tax businesses. Our flagship product is an online school designed to provide comprehensive training, resources, and support to help our clients achieve success in the tax industry.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Commission-Only Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a critical role in promoting and selling our flagship program, as well as any additional products or services we offer.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and will have a PROVEN track record in generating leads and closing sales. The ideal candidate is HUNGRY! Meaning relentless with a strong passion to reach their monthly financial goals! Will do the work to ensure most sales are secured and CLOSED!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively promote and sell Tax Boss Academy and any additional products or services we offer to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and unique selling points to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
- Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients through various outreach methods (e.g., cold calling, email, social media, networking events).
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos for prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values and culture.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, coaching, or tax industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Google Drive, Hubspot, and other sales tools (or willing to learn)
- A passion for helping tax professionals succeed and grow their businesses. (bonus)

- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
