Sales Assistant, CSR | Turkish

Responsibilities 1. Complete all tasks in the corresponding time period according to the assigned shift. 2. Call the customers to confirm their willingness for the product and record them. 3. Report the major issues to the headquarters. 4. Respond to inquiries, user feedback and solve problems across platforms, including social medias, emails and other channels. 5. Other related tasks assigned by the headquarters. Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Native Turkish Speaker with a working knowledge of English 3. Has a certain experience in outbound call support 4. Excellent communication skills and service oriented 5. Strong sense of responsibility and call skills 6. Good network conditions and good knowledge of computer skills 7. Flexible hours and willing to work on shifting schedule (40 working hours per week) 8. Prior experience in call center preferred
