Sales Assistant (Base + Commission)

The Sales Assistant will be heavily involved in outbound cold calling, scheduling appointments, and managing inbound inquiries across our lead database. This role requires someone confident on the phone who can join sales calls with our brand executives, follow up with prospects, and help push deals forward. While the primary focus is sales, they’ll also assist with onboarding influencers, handling CRM updates, and coordinating directly with both clients and team members to keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Full-Time)

Compensation: $300 USD/month base

Plus commission: Up to $1,250 USD per closed appointment

Requirements: Fluent/native English, must be comfortable using the dialer and assisting with sales and marketing campaigns
