Sales/Admin support for Travel company
Seeking a someone that is well-spoken and fluent in English to handle customer inquiries and sales in USA. We are a boutique travel company. We specialize in vacation
rentals but can offer any type of travel. You will be responsible for all customer interactions including getting travel requirements, searching for properties, creating quotes, research various things as needed, helping to answer customer questions, get customer requirements, manage quotes in queue and close sales. If you have call center experience, or customer service experience that is a plus.
Marketing experience a plus to help with creating marketing ads for email and Facebook.
Must be adept at MS office word, excel
100 percent remote
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH-SPOKEN AND WRITTEN.
Must have laptop/computer, reliable internet and phone. We use jive for customer calls.
Previous travel company experience preferred
Must be available to work client requests generally 10am to 5 pm EST but set hrs can be flexible within this time frame.
Rate 2.00 per hr plus bonuses for each sale
