Seeking a skilled sales or marketing professional with the primary function of customer relationship management, with the desired outcome of enhancing customer satisfaction. We will be deploying a SaaS cloud system for 3-4 medium to large enterprise customers.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience of SaaS or software systems
- Expertise in customer relationship management
- Experience in Sales or Marketing functions, such as customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Ability to work with a global workforce
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including high confidence to interact with executives at customer companies
