About Us:

Taya Tourism is an international travel agency helping individuals start and grow their own independent travel business. Our platform offers tools, training, and resources to launch as a travel agent and start earning commissions on bookings.

Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and self-driven Remote Sales Agents to help us recruit new members to our travel agents platform.

Compensation:

$70 commission for each client who signs up for the Basic Plan.
$110 commission for each client who signs up for the Pro Plan.
100% commission-based — no base salary.


Lead Generation:

✅ We provide incoming leads directly from our marketing activities.

✅ You can also generate your own leads via social media, personal network, or outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients provided via inbound leads and your own outreach.
Present the platform and explain the opportunity.
Follow up and close deals.
Manage your pipeline using our Monday CRM workspace.


Qualifications:

Strong sales and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English.
Previous sales or lead generation experience is a plus but not required.
No travel industry experience required — full training provided.
