code & ia insights is an innovative company specializing in the design and development of AI-based SaaS solutions, offering full-stack services to its clients. As part of our business development, we are looking for partners capable of introducing us to companies with specific needs for large-scale projects.
Proposed Mission:
We are seeking a Business Referrer capable of connecting us with a potential client company and facilitating the conclusion of a service provision contract for a full-stack AI SaaS solution development project.
Specific Objective of the Mission:
Identify and introduce us to a company with a proven need for a full-stack AI SaaS development project.
Facilitate discussions and negotiations until the signing of a service provision contract between code & ia insights and the client company.
The targeted service provision contract has a total budget of fifty thousand US dollars (USD 50,000).
Remuneration (Business Referral Commission):
In the event of success, meaning:
Effective signing of a service provision contract between code & ia insights and the client company you introduced, for the project described above.
AND effective collection by code & ia insights of the first contractual advance payment from said client company.
The Business Referrer will receive a flat-rate commission of fifteen thousand US dollars (USD 10,000) before tax.
Commission Payment Conditions:
The commission will be due and payable after code & ia insights receives the client's advance payment into its professional bank account.
Payment to the Business Referrer will be made by bank transfer, upon presentation of a compliant invoice (if the Business Referrer has a professional status allowing for this: self-employed, company, etc.).
(Important note: If the referrer does not have a status to issue invoices, the methods for declaring this income must be clarified to ensure tax compliance).
Profile Sought for the Business Referrer:
An individual with an excellent professional network and a proven ability to identify qualified business opportunities.
Understanding of the challenges related to SaaS solutions and AI.
Acting as an independent professional.
Important Points (Warning):
Transparency and Ethics: It is imperative that any business referral approach is conducted in compliance with ethical and legal rules. If the Business Referrer is an employee of the prospected company, they must ensure that their approach complies with their employer's policies and does not place them in a conflict of interest situation. code & ia insights cannot be held responsible for any breaches by the Business Referrer of their own obligations.
Payment Channel: For compliance and transparency reasons, all payments from the end client (including the advance) must imperatively be paid into the professional bank account of code & ia insights. The commission will then be paid to the Business Referrer by code & ia insights according to the agreed terms. No payment of the client's advance can be made directly to the Business Referrer's personal account.
