We are looking for an experienced SMS Acquisitions Specialist to join our real estate team. Your primary role will be to engage with potential sellers through SMS, using the REIReply platform, to identify and qualify leads for our real estate investment deals. If you have a knack for crafting persuasive messages, experience in real estate, and proficiency with REIReply, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute SMS campaigns using REIReply to engage potential sellers.
Respond to inbound messages promptly and professionally.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for acquisition.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in REIReply.
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with qualified leads for our acquisitions team.
Continuously optimize SMS scripts and strategies to improve response rates and lead quality.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SMS marketing, particularly in real estate acquisitions.
Proficiency with REIReply or similar SMS/CRM platforms.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages.
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously and keep track of follow-ups.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling.
Familiarity with real estate investment terminology and market trends.
Ability to analyze and report on SMS campaign performance.
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience.
