Hello freelance I have one software product sass based.
web application for restaurant that allows cashiers and waitstaff to manage orders, and for customers to view the menu and place orders through a QR code. Additionally, the application should provide sales reports and administrative information for restaurant staff.
• The web should support multiple restaurants with independent configurations. Each restaurant should have its own set of tables, products, prices, and sales data, which should not be accessible to other restaurants.
• Each restaurant should be able to customize their menu and prices, including the ability to add, remove, and modify products.
• The web should allow each restaurant to generate its own sales reports and administrative information, which should only include data related to that restaurant.
Actors and Functions:
• Cashier: Logs in with the cashier profile to manage table billing. Should be able to:
• Login to the web.
• View the list of tables and their status (occupied or free).
• Select a table and create a new bill or add products to an existing bill.
• View the total bill amount and process payment.
• View sales reports and administrative information.
• Waitstaff: Logs in with the waiter profile to manage table orders. Should be able to:
• Login to the web
• View the list of tables and their status (occupied or free).
• Select a table and add products to the corresponding bill.
• View pending orders for each table and mark them as completed.
• Customer: Accesses through a QR code located on the table. Should be able to:
• Scan the QR code to view the menu.
• Select products and add them to the corresponding bill.
• View the total bill amount and request payment.
• The customer will be able to see in real time the current products added to his invoice
Functional Requirements:
• The web should allow users (cashiers and waitstaff) to login with unique user credentials.
• The web should display a list of tables and their status (occupied or free).
• Users (cashiers and waitstaff) should be able to select a table and add products to the corresponding bill.
• The web application should allow customers to scan a QR code (this is based on the table, if the table is N°5 you will be able to see only your bill for that table)
• Customers should be able to add products to the corresponding bill.
• The web should display the total bill amount and allow users (cashiers and customers) to process payment.
• The web should provide sales reports and administrative information. only to cashiers staff

• The web and should be secure and protected against cyber-attacks.
• The web should have an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
• The web should be compatible with different web browsers and devices.
