• Actionable sales playbook covering planogram changes, promotional calendars, and staff engagement tactics
• On-site or virtual coaching sessions with store teams to ensure flawless execution
• A simple KPI dashboard (sell-through, basket size, stock rotation) so I can monitor progress weekly
