Retail Operations and Growth Intern

I need an intern to help manage daily operations at a retail store. This role is crucial for maintaining the store's efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate store staff activities.
- Sales Calls: Manage calls for product promotions, service inquiries, and follow-up calls.
- Growth Strategy: Actively participate in developing and executing business growth strategies.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
