Retail Inside Sales Professional Needed

I'm looking for an inside sales associate who can manage a variety of tasks that would help drive our retail business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: We need someone who can proactively seek new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers in our target market.
- Cold Calling: The ideal candidate should be able to make cold calls to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Sales Follow-Up: Following up with our leads and potential clients, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support to convert into customers.
The successful candidate would ideally have:
- Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the B2B sales landscape.
- Understanding of, or experience in, the retail industry is a plus.
