Retail Competitor Pricing Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a product - Transport Management System. I need to conduct a competitor pricing research. I need to identify pricing of each of these products at different tiers and packages - 1K shipments, 10K shipments, 100K shipments. I have attached the sheet that needs to be filled post the research. Have also entered sample values for reference.
Methodology
I cannot reach out to these companies as myself since they will sense my company as their competitor and give me an unfair pricing. I want you to reach out to each of these companies sales team as a potential client. Schedule a meeting where they can share their demo and pricing for the given tiers. I need you to lead the meeting while also keeping me in the meeting as your assistant so that I can understand their demo and pricing structure.
Note - These are enterprise software companies and check background and company of the person reaching out to them. You will need to assess how you will present them as a either a courier or retail client(doing their own deliveries) who wants to understand pricing for all three tiers.
