Results-Driven Cold Callers for Creative Services

I’m looking for two motivated cold callers who can consistently land 5–10 new, paying clients for me each month. Your conversations will centre on our creative services—video editing first and foremost, with thumbnail design and social-media management offered as complementary add-ons.
The sweet spot is medium-sized businesses, but you may approach any industry that shows interest. All I need from you are the calls themselves: no follow-up production work, proposals or admin—just get the prospect on board and handed over to me.
Compensation is simple. You earn 10–15 % of every contract you close. For example, a ₹10,000 deal puts ₹1,000–₹1,500 straight in your pocket. The more revenue you bring, the higher your take-home.
Deliverables (per month)
• 5–10 confirmed, paying clients who need video editing (other services upsold welcome)
• A brief call log for each closed deal so I can pick up the relationship smoothly
