- Generating leads: As our salesperson, you will be responsible for actively seeking new clients who could benefit from our remote IT talents.
- Closing deals: You'll be tasked with converting leads into clients through persuasive pitches and effective negotiation.
- Building client relationships: Once we have a new client, maintaining a strong and positive relationship with them is crucial. You will need to ensure their satisfaction and look for opportunities to upsell and expand our services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT and be able to communicate the value of our services effectively. Experience in sales is a must, and a background in IT or IT sales is highly preferable.
