Remote Sales Rep for Marketing
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a marketing and brand-management agency and need a home-based sales representative to push our growth curve upward. Your mission is simple: find the right companies, open genuine conversations, and convert them into long-term clients for our social-media and content-marketing services—especially the Instagram campaigns that are our current flagship offering.
Here’s how the role plays out day to day:
• Prospecting & research: build targeted lists and keep meticulous notes in whatever CRM you prefer (I currently use HubSpot, but I’m flexible if you have a better tool).
• Outreach & relationship building: initiate authentic dialogue by email, LinkedIn messages, or well-timed calls, then keep the momentum going with thoughtful follow-ups.
• Solution selling: listen to prospect pain points and package the right mix of content strategy, copy, and Instagram storytelling that will move the needle for them.
• Pipeline management: update records in real time so I can see where every lead sits, what’s needed next, and what revenue is forecast.
• Customer success hand-off: once the deal is signed, brief our account team so the client feels the transition is seamless.
What I’ll count as success:
• A steady flow of qualified appointments booked each week.
• Closed revenue that meets the monthly target we’ll set together.
• Clear, concise weekly reports showing activity, wins, and next steps.
