THE ROLE
With a view to expanding the brand, the Sales Manager will primarily deal with the sale of the programs offered to understand the public, their needs and fears, and at the same time the creation of a new sales team through:
The identification of salespeople through interviews with candidates
The creation of a team of salespeople
The training of the sales force and the monitoring of daily performance through the identification of department KPIs with the Management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The candidate must have experience in sales, ideally of infoproducts, have leadership skills essential to create and coordinate a team, and have a propensity for analysis. He/she is truly able to understand and express himself/herself in English both in written and spoken form. Finally, he/she has a VAT number.


LOCATION
The activity will be carried out entirely remotely, with the possibility of organizing virtual and physical team buildings for training with experts and aggregation.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of process)
Sales and Strategy Development:
Create and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
Define sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
Direct contact with prospects and sale of the services offered
Creation and Management of the Sales Team:
Engage, train and manage a team of digital sellers.
Oversee the daily activities of the team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Market Analysis:
Monitor the digital market to identify opportunities, trends and threats.
Adjust the sales strategy based on market dynamics.
Coordination with other Departments:
Collaborate with the marketing and media buying team to ensure consistency in sales and promotion strategies.
Continuous coordination with the customer service team to anticipate customer needs
Sales Cycle Management:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales.
Implement efficient processes to ensure a smooth workflow.
Performance Analysis:
Measure the team's performance through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide regular reports to management.
Continuous Training:
Keep the sales team updated on new industry trends, products and sales techniques.

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of Sales Techniques and the Digital Training Industry:
Know how to sell an information product, manage objections and close a negotiation
Understand the digital training landscape, frustrations and fears of prospects and how to manage their objections.

Analysis Skills:
Analyze sales calls and understand how to improve their performance to increase the conversion rate.
Be able to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of digital platforms, lead generation and sales management tools and social media.

Language Skills:
Ability to express oneself in English both in written and spoken form.

Effective Leadership:
Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team of digital salespeople.
Clear communication and ability to inspire trust in the team.

Results Orientation:
Focus on sales objectives and work proactively to achieve them.
