I need a confident closer who thrives in residential real-estate and is comfortable finalising deals over the phone. All of my leads are warm and already booked into in-person meetings; your role is to call leads and sell a free property valuation.

You should already know the cadence of a property tour, how to frame value against market comparables and, most importantly, how to create urgency without pressure. I will provide a clear brief on each listing, the prospect’s background, and the required documentation. After every meeting I expect a short debrief outlining the outcome and next steps so I can keep my pipeline clean.
