Remote Recruiter Needed – Help Us Build a Global Sales Team (Part-Time) -- 2
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We’re a UK-based website and hosting company looking for a part-time recruiter to help us find and onboard freelance sales reps from around the world.
Your Role:
Post jobs and source candidates from Facebook groups, freelance platforms, and job boards
Pre-screen applicants using a basic checklist (we'll provide it)
Hand off qualified reps to our team leader
Track basic daily progress (how many people applied, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication in English
Consistent and organized
Comfortable working independently
Past experience in recruitment, outreach, or sales is a big bonus
Familiarity with freelance/job markets in Pakistan, India, or the Philippines is ideal (but not required)
Pay:
$100–$200/month, depending on quality and consistency of results
Payment is performance-based — we pay when recruitment goals are met
Expectation: 5–10 quality applicants per week who actively engage with the role
Bonus available if any of your recruits close a website sale within 30 days
Long-term opportunity for consistent, reliable recruiters
Work on your own time — we only care about results, not hours
