Remote Project Sourcing Partner

I run a distributed team of senior software engineers—most of them specialists in Artificial Intelligence—and a network of Microsoft Certified Trainers who can deliver any Microsoft-related course online. What I need now is a driven partner who can bring us work.

Here is the mission:

• Engineering Projects: Secure fully-remote contracts coming from U.S. clients that need high-level software engineering, with an emphasis on AI projects (RAG, agents, etc.). Every engagement must allow our non-U.S. engineers to work 100 % remotely and bill in U.S. dollars.
• Training Projects: Source virtual instructor-led training opportunities for our MCTs on Microsoft topics—Azure, AI, Cloud, DevOps, you name it. You line up the sessions, we deliver them live.

Compensation is simple: I share a generous percentage of the net revenue you help us close. The more projects you lock in, the more you earn; there is no cap.

What success looks like
1. You quickly identify and reach decision-makers—CTOs, engineering VPs, training coordinators, L&D managers—inside U.S. companies or training brokers.
2. You pitch our capabilities, qualify the deal, and hand it off once technical scoping or scheduling must begin.
3. We sign the contract, deliver, and you receive your agreed commission on each paid invoice.

Payment options:
1. commission only: higher commission percentage
2. ⁠base rate + commission: a lower fixed base rate + commission on each sale
3. ⁠draw: a fixed base rate drawn from advance commission
