Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Client Acquisition Agents. As a freelance partner, you will help expand our reach by identifying and onboarding clients who are actively interested in trading and investing, especially in the F&O segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads (focus: traders with ₹1,00,000+ capital).
Promote our Demat and trading services via calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
Assist clients with KYC, onboarding, and account setup processes.
Maintain regular communication and relationship management with onboarded clients.
Submit lead/client reports regularly for tracking and payout verification.
Compensation & Incentives:
₹50+ ₹50 per successful Demat account + D15 activation.
₹1,000 per active F&O trader (₹1L+ capital onboarded).
Monthly performance bonuses for over-achievers.
Flexible work schedule and remote opportunity.
Full training, branding material, and support provided.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication & sales skills.
Prior experience in financial services (preferred, not mandatory).
Basic understanding of the stock market and F&O segment.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
A desktop(preferred) or smartphone and stable internet connection.
Engagement Type:
This is a freelance, commission-based role. There is no fixed salary, and earnings depend on performance. You are expected to handle your taxes and maintain ethical conduct.
