Strong spoken Hindi or English, a persuasive style, and the stamina to stay upbeat through a high-volume call list are essential. You’ll log every interaction in simple Excel trackers, so basic spreadsheet skills are a must. Because the position is fully remote, you’ll rely on your own laptop or desktop, headset-equipped mobile, and a stable internet connection.
